A.I. Fair
Craftmanship is the real essence of made in Italy.
A.I. Fair (Artisanal Intelligence) is an exibition/market that took place at Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome on july the 11th 2011, with the aim of celebrating unicity, luxury and tradition in various fields of design.
There were around 80 designers showing their creations.
Clothing as well as furnitures, accessories and more were displayed.
Italy is considered a land of beauty and art, but not everyone knows that is very hard for young designers to emerge in this country. Plus there's a lot of talk about recovering design traditions, when
in fact young designers are mostly underpaid (IF paid) working (IF working) in the backround, not credited.

I hope this hymn to artisan work and made in Italy quality will lead to more support towards young talents during the whole year and not only during AltaRoma, as an hot trend that will be soon forgotten.
